The Downtown Leather Jacket is made in collaboration with Buenos Aires-based Nimes, a design studio & workshop known for producing high quality goods using 100% vegetable tanned leathers. 

Each jacket is produced one at a time -- every cut, fold & stitch done by hand. A simple, but sturdy construction paired with such high quality leather guarantees this jacket will last... a lifetime. 

The inspiration for the jacket comes from an old vintage coat that Mickey had in his closet for years. The most important thing for us was to make an all veg tanned jacket that would darken, soften and age beautifully with wear, like the rest of our leather goods -- the Downtown Jacket gathers an incredible patina with wear. We designed the Downtown Leather Jacket to be a unisex fit in Small (under 5' 7"), Medium (5' 8" - 6') and Large (for folks 6 ft and taller, or with a bigger build). 

It's super soft, using a medium weight leather such that it can be worn in Spring & Fall, even on temperate days, and layered on colder winter days as well
