Moss stitch is a classic combination of 'knit' and 'purl' stitches, which creates a simple yet sophisticated pattern. This cowl is knitted in a beautiful blend of New Zealand Possum and Merino, and the use of slightly bigger needles than those traditionally used for 4ply knitting gives the yarn space to 'breathe', and within a short space of time the Possum rises to the surface giving the cowl a beautiful sheen.
